STATEMENT

I paint to express life, to infuse my work, to make tangible, to engender it with the unquestioning feeling of a broadening of the self---life is creation and creation is struggle. I also believe in the inner life of the artist and the importance of polishing one's own life to be able to produce work that touches other's hearts. Some may say I make religious art. The church of art as other religious houses, was probably built on ancient pagan sites. As we strive to do what purely comes out of our lives, what does it mean to be human?
